Event

Going strong since 1997, Madison Fest is among the South’s most anticipated celebrations of Spring. Staged in Madison’s Town Park, Madison Fest is a celebration of Southern gardens, arts and crafts, music, and backyard ecosystems. There is truly something for everyone at this free, all-day, family friendly event. You’ll discover colorful festival attractions like a beer garden where adults can relax, children’s crafts and activities, pottery, indigenous perennials, herbs and heirloom plants, paintings created by regional artists, handmade soaps and candles, unique folk art, live music, and garden lectures. And, did we mention the food? You’ll want to come hungry! Madison Fest draws a variety of food trucks to feed the masses, from artisan pizzas, Southern barbecue, hot dogs and burgers to snow cones, ice cream and funnel cakes. You might even meet an Alpaca or two along the way. When: April 27, 2019 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
