The Marsh House Museum, 308 N. Main Street, La Fayette, GA 30728, will host the annual Heritage Day, Saturday, September 21, 10-3:00, 2019. Heritage crafts and arts, old-time bake sale, tours of the House (c. 1836) for $5.00, Civil War reenactment, roots music. Event is Free to the public with free booth spaces for crafters and artists (706-764-2801). Special features include antique identification and preservation advice and old garment identification and sewing advice. A fun time for all ages. Part of the city-wide Autumn Rocks Festival with a fly-in at the airport, downtown and depot merchants' sidewalk sales, and activities for adults at the golf course in the evening.
