The Madison Artists Guild & Gallery's 6th Annual Holiday Market is filled with one of a kind gifts ready to purchase for the holidays – wreaths, ornaments, pottery, jewelry, glass art, paintings and more.
The market will be open Oct. 18-Dec. 31, during regular MAGallery hours: Monday-Saturday, 11 a.m.-5 p.m., with extended hours of 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on Shop Sip ‘N Stroll Saturdays in November, during Madison’s Fifth Fridays (open until 7 p.m.), Holiday Tour of Homes and Candlelight Shopping (open until 7 p.m.).
With more than 30 artists providing a variety of handmade items, shoppers will find something for everyone this holiday season.

- Atlanta MetroKids & Family, Other, Outdoors
Join the Animal Care Team and one of our talented animal artists, meeting either the Zoo’s “VanGoat” or “Baaahlo,” and take home a unique work of art in this unforgettable experience.
Learn about the positive reinforcement training process of becoming an animal artist. See firsthand the ways this enrichment activity fits into high standards of care for animals at the Zoo when you meet a goat or sheep and see their art creation in action. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific animal for your program.
- Meet at the Petting Zoo area of Outback Station 15 minutes before the Wild Encounter start time.
- Please note that availability is limited for all Wild Encounters.
- Includes one (1) take-home canvas per registered group.

Saturdays at 3:15 p.m.COST: $75 per group of up to four people, + individual Zoo Admission | Includes one painting per group of four people.
MEMBER COST: $67.50 | Includes one painting per group of four people.

AGE SPECIFICATIONS:
- Youths 15 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- There must be one adult in attendance with each registration.
- Youth 3 and under must remain with their adult group members at all times.

Take in a show at Downtown Dublin's revived Martin Movie House at Theatre Dublin! Boasting the largest retractable movie screen in Georgia, a custom built 40 foot screen and 15-speaker motion-driven digital surround sound system allows each of the 620 seats an experience of the highest quality visual and sound.
October brings spooky movies to the screen with Beetlejuice on October 10th and Hocus Pocus on Halloween Night.
November keeps the music going with Pitch Perfect on November 7th and Frozen on November 9th.

No creature looms larger over the savanna than the African elephant, and you’ll agree when you come face-to-trunk with one at Zoo Atlanta! Meet Tara or Kelly while learning why they are such important ambassadors for their species.
During this Wild Encounter experience, you will learn about elephants with a Zoo Educator before heading behind the scenes to meet up with members of the Elephant Care Team and find out more about elephant care at the Zoo. Of course, no Elephant Wild Encounter would be complete without the opportunity to hand-feed one of the “girls” an afternoon snack.
- Meet at the Zambezi Elephant Center 15 minutes before the Wild Encounter.
- Please note that availability is limited for all Wild Encounters.
