Grab your friends and family, blankets and chairs, and settle down on the Atlantic Green for a night of laughter, inspiration and female empowerment with Screen on the Green! Atlantic Station will host two free movie screenings in celebration of Women's History Month: "A League of Their Own" (1992) on March 7, and "Legally Blonde" (2001) on March 28. Both movies begin at 7 p.m.

As one of the newest self guided tours in Forsyth, this African American Heritage Guide takes you through a journey of African American history throughout Monroe County. This self-guided tour is meant to be a starting point in exploring the journey of African Americans in our community. It contains some brief biographical information on those who shaped our history; a timeline critical to putting events into context; and a brief driving tour to link people and places. The Dare to Tri - Sprint Triathlon is a great addition to the 2024 Georgia Triathlon Series!
Come enjoy a race with low traffic, held completely on Fort Eisenhower, which helps support our military! The Dare-To-Tri Triathlon consists of a 300-meter pool swim, 10-mile bike ride, and 5K run. The race begins at 9 a.m.
Swim: 300-meter pool swim in the Fort Eisenhower Indoor 50-meter Pool. Participants start at one side of the pool and snake their way up and down each lane as they work toward the other side of the pool.
Bike: The bike course is a 10-mile loop with a small lollipop. The course is rolling to hilly and takes place completely on the Fort Eisenhower installation. The roads are open to traffic, but traffic is usually light.
Run: The 5K run course is a single loop, almost completely on a 3-mile running trail. The course is flat.

Wrapping up the A Little Night(hawk) Music (ALNM) Concert Series, UNG Music Faculty Michael Brown on trumpet and Celeena Corbin on percussion present: Cool It!
Come and enjoy an evening of duets and solos featuring trumpet and a variety of percussion instruments. From solo snare drum with electronics, to trumpet with vibraphone, you are sure to experience a wide selection of unique orchestrations and textures. The evening’s selections are curated to highlight the vast differences in timbre and stylistic leanings while also exploring the ways in which they can enhance each other. This concert will be performed twice.
First on Monday, April 1, at 7:30 p.m. in the Performing Arts Lobby of the UNG Gainesville Campus, and then again on Sunday, April 14, at 3 p.m. in the Gloria Shott Performance Hall on the UNG Dahlonega Campus.

The University of North Georgia Music Theatre Ensemble proudly presents "A Night on Broadway," an entertaining evening of musical selections from throughout musical theater history, ranging from Gilbert & Sullivan’s "Mikado to 42nd Street" to "Les Misérables" and other contemporary shows.
Made up of auditioned students with singing and acting experience, the ensemble will present a wide range of selections from solos and duets to group numbers, complete with staging and costumes. The show will be held on Thursday and Friday, April 4 and 5, at 7:30 p.m. in Gloria Shott Performance Hall on the Dahlonega campus. Admission is free and open to the public.

First Friday in Historic Downtown Brunswick is a fun family event that happens the first Friday of each month. Join us for First Friday Sip & Shop in downtown Thomasville! Beginning at 5 p.m., you can sip and shop your way through the downtown. Experience a live concert featuring The Apalachicola Sound at The Ritz Amphitheater from 7-9 p.m. Participating shops will have extended hours, with many bars and restaurants open until 10 p.m.

Located on Madison Street in Downtown Dublin GA, the Market on Madison is a premier open-air venue buzzing with activity. A community-driven experience, vendors and visitors come together to celebrate the richness of local flavors each Saturday morning 7:30 AM until 12:30 PM from April through mid October. Patrons can also find a variety of handmade crafts and original art, and find fun activities for the Little Sprouts throughout the season! Over the last several years, Dublin’s Farmers Market has experienced much growth, noting more than 30 vendors each week and 350 patrons during peak produce season.

HauntFest is an off-season Halloween/horror festival that celebrates the horror arts through live music, art vendors, themed entertainment and activities. Join us for a family fun day in the sun with with a colorful run! This event is free to participate in, but families will need to register March 4-15 on the City of Savannah Recreation and Leisure Services website.
Attractions include the family fun run, inflatables (along the course) and food trucks.
