Come to the Auditorium at the Madison-Morgan Cultural Center on Saturday, March 15, at 2 p.m., where the Americana Women will present a student workshop about the history of folk music and the impact of women in the music industry.
This engaging, hands-on workshop will contain song performances, instrument demonstrations, a discussion on the history of folk, bluegrass and country, and vocal harmonization.
They will also be performing in concert at the Cultural Center that evening from 7-9 p.m.
