Jackson-Butts County Council for the Arts presents the 2023 Art of the Garden Tour:
Gardeners and Their Land. May 20, 2023, from 9-3.
Five owner-designed, owner-dug gardens that honor terrain, microclimates, and the human history of the land.

1. Small horse farm with water features, Japanese Maples, conifers, and a registered Toomer’s Corner Oak;
2. Woodland park on a river with old growth trees, azaleas, and native plants;
3. Modern home built on a former dairy farm, with easy care plantings and pavers;
4. Shady in-town lot brimming with plants nurtured from cuttings and sales;
5. Traditional landscaping with oversized deck packed with small trees and perennials
Tickets are $20. Rain or shine.
