Cool It! - ALNM Concert Series

Wrapping up the A Little Night(hawk) Music Concert Series, UNG Music Faculty Michael Brown on trumpet and Celeena Corbin on percussion present: Cool It!

Come and enjoy an evening of duets and solos featuring trumpet and a variety of percussion instruments. From solo snare drum with electronics, to trumpet with vibraphone, you are sure to experience a wide selection of unique orchestrations and textures. The evening’s selections are curated to highlight the vast differences in timbre and stylistic leanings while also exploring the ways in which they can enhance each other.

This concert will be performed twice. First on Monday, April 1, at 7:30 p.m. in the Performing Arts Lobby of the UNG Gainesville Campus, and then again on Sunday, April 14, at 3 p.m. in the Gloria Shott Performance Hall on the UNG Dahlonega Campus.
