The Sandy Springs Society will celebrate “10 Years of Holiday Cheer” during its “shopping for a cause” fundraiser The Elegant Elf Marketplace, a two-day gift market featuring more than 80 carefully curated local and regional artisans and small business owners who offer hand-crafted items, exquisite artistic creations, holiday décor, exquisite home furnishings, clothing and accessories for all ages, and the latest gourmet treats. Established in 2011, The Elegant Elf Marketplace is a treasured tradition for shoppers throughout metro Atlanta seeking unique, quality merchandise; a jumpstart on holiday shopping (including all the host & hostess gifts one will need), a way to support small businesses and an alternative to the mall and big box experiences. Coach Vince Dooley and artist Steve Penley will be at the Marketplace on Sunday, Nov. 14 from 2-3 p.m. for a signing of their collaboration, “Dooley's Playbook: the 34 Most Memorable Plays in Georgia Football History.”
