HauntFest April Ghouls 2025

HauntFest is an immersive macabre experience, celebrating the horror arts through live music, art vendors, themed entertainment, and bewitching activities. The event itself is akin to the festivities one might enjoy at a Rennaissance Fair, albeit with a haunted twist. In the past, we have had activities such as axe throwing, live animal encounters (holding snakes or kittens in Halloween costumes), trivia, rage rooms, free-roaming ghouls, food and drink, ghost stories by the fire, freak shows, crafts, face painting, hayrides, celebrity appearances, costume contests, and more, always accompanied by a haunted trail or other attraction. We are thrilled to kick off our third annual Athens event!

We are also accepting applications for scare actors, vendors, musicians, volunteers, and entertainers.

Tickets are on presale for $20 a day, $35 for 2 days, or $50 for the full weekend. RIP Passes including the haunted attraction put on by Lake Joy Trails of Terror are also available via our website.
