This event is an 11-mile, one-way hike that celebrates 150 years of shared history between Hardman Farm and Anna Ruby Falls! Anna Ruby Falls was named after Capt. James Nichols’ daughter, Anna Ruby Nichols. Capt. Nichols built the Mansion at West End in the Nacoochee Valley in 1870. Hike all the way from the base of Anna Ruby Falls through Unicoi State Park and the City of Helen to join the Helen to Hardman Heritage Trail for the final 0.8 mile to the Farm.
