Kelsey Wood Fitness and Soberish have teamed up to help you burn off those Thanksgiving seconds with a full body workout and restorative cool down stretch.

Beginning at 9 a.m. at Coan Park, efficiently sculpt your arms, abs and ass with Kelsey Wood, an ATL local and Bay Area native NASM-certified personal trainer, SculptHouse Buckhead instructor and Sugarfoot Therapy injury prevention specialist. After the 45-minute workout, participants will head over to Soberish to cool down with ice cold mocktails and adaptogen infused beverages, education and a shopping experience to conclude the Soft & Strong Wellness Weekend morning. 

Register for class online, and bring a yoga mat, water bottle, sunscreen, towel (optional) and sunglasses (optional).

Class begins at 9 a.m., but it is recommended to arrive early to find parking, set up and discuss any injuries or modifications needed with the instructor Kelsey.
